'By Telecrraph — ! jtpps Association) WESTPORT. August 22. The primary schools Rugby tournament opened in Westport today, with teams from Marlborough, Nelson. Golden Bay, West Coast, and Buller. The weather was fine, and interesting games were played. Buller beat Bay. 12-3, and Nelson, 6-3; Marlborough beat Coast. 24-6.
