DISOBEDIENCE AT POST
Following the running of the second division of the Sylvia Park Handicap at Ellerslie last Saturday, the judicial committee of the Pakuranga Hunt Club cautioned the apprentice F. Beguely, rider of Milanion, for crossing Bonnybelle too quickly between the five and the four-furlong post. H. Long, rider of Young Paddon, was fined £5 for disobedience at the post in the Admiralty Handicap. The falling of Rey Lv in the Ladies' Bracelet was accidental, according to a statement made by his rider, Mr. D. Gaddes, and this explanation was accepted.
