WIN FOR MCCREADY

In a professional wrestling contest tonight McCready beat Kirchmeyer by two falls to one. For the greater part of the seven rounds which the contest went the pair wrestled solidly, Kirchmeyer occasionally resorting to elbow jolts and hair-pulling. He gained the first fall in the fourth round with the python clutch. McCready equalised in the sixth with a body press following flying tackles, and took a similar fall in the seventh.
