FAILURE OF BRAKES
RUMANIAN DERAILMENT
15 KILLED, 43 INJURED
(Received August 14, 12.45 a.m.) BUCHAREST, August 13. Fifteen persons were killed and 43 injured in the derailment of two passenger carriages at Petroaia, 50 miles from Bucharest, owing to the failure of the brakes.
