The Geneva correspondent of tha "Daily Telegraph" states that the Mizrachi organisation, representing the orthodox wing of Zionism, is to submit to the World Zionist Congress next week a plan for non-co-operation in Palestine, supporting the protests against the White Paper, proposing that_ Jews shall abstain from importing goods with the ob« ject of reducing .the revenue, boycott the postal services in favour of selfdevised means of communication, refuse subsidies, refrain from seek- ,
ing government ratification of their budgets, even if this entails forgoing their rights to collect taxes, and also urging the organisation of a common front against Britain.
