GERMAN-DANISH PACT
The full text of the German-Danish non-aggression pact has been issued in Berlin. The first article states that Germany and Denmark will in no circumstances proceed to war or to any. Other kind of violence against one another. Should any action of the kind stated above be taken against one of the contracting parties, the other party will not support such action m any way. The second article states that this pact is to be ratified as soon as possible in Berlin. It comes into force with the exchange of ratifications and is valid for a term of ten years. Pro- .. vision is made for further extensions. A protocol explains that if a conflict arises such as indicated in the first article, the party not involved will not take part if the general rules of neutrality are not infringed. It is, therefore, not to be treated as support for the third Power if the party not in conflict continues normal exchange .of goods with that Power. • ■ "
