DISCOVERY IN BEIRUT

LONDON, August 3,
The correspondent of "The Times" at Beirut says that an extensive illegal arms trade, allegedly under the protection of high Lebanese officials in co-operation with foreign elements, is believed to have been unearthed by the discovery of arms and ammunition in a house at Beirut.
