MUSSOLINI TAKES PART

ROME, August 2. I The King of Italy and Italian, Ger-' man, and Spanish generals Avatched the army manoeuvres Avhile Signor Mussolini roared overhead piloting his OAvn bomber. The forces were supposed to be operating against an enemy Avhich had broken through the French frontier. Signor Virginio Gayda says that the manoeuvres are necessary owing to the manifestly aggressive British and French plans. Signor Giovanni Ansaldo, in an article in the "Telegrafo," says that the enemy Italy has to prepare to fight is Britain.
