A large globular glass burial urn of the second century found during excavations at Colchester, on the site of the city of Camulodunum, has been reconstructed from hundreds of fragments and c: hibited at Colchester and Exeter Museum.
During excavations at Vasteras, Sweden, remains of the Royal Mint, which was founded there in 1285, have been found. The mint was started by King Magnus Ladulas, and was in use until the reign of King John 111 (1568-92).
