Mr. and Mrs. L. B. Bolton Moss, Wellington, will visit Christchurch for the Purchase-Levvey wedding on Saturday.
Dr. and Mrs. H. D. Robertson, Wanganui, accompanied by Miss Patricia Shirtcliffe, Auckland, will leave for England by the Mataroa on Friday, August 11, for London, where Dr. Robertson will do a post-graduate course.
Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Bidwill, Featherston, are staying at the Midland Hotel during their visit to Wellington.
Miss Leslie Beetham, Masterton, will be the guest of Commander and Mrs. George Dennistoun and Miss Joan Dennistoun for Grand National Week in Christchurch.
Mrs. M. Hyde, Wellington, is the guest in Napier of Mrs. H. C. Gregory.
Mrs. Jack Parr (Christchurch), who has been the guest of Mrs. L. H. Herd, Karori, is now staying with Mrs. I. L. M. Coop, Kaituna Homestead, Ataahu.
Mr. and Mrs. David Williams, Hawke's Bay, are staying with Mrs. Herbert Elworthy, Timaru, prior to visiting Christchurch for Grand National Week.
Miss Hilda Clapcott, formerly of Auckland, will leave tonight from Wellington by the Wanganella for Sydney where she will stay indefinitely.
Mrs. W. Helmore, Wairoa, is visiting Christchurch where she is the guest of Mrs. George Helmore, Fendalton.
Mrs. Bowen Evans, Singapore, is visiting Wellington and is staying at the Hotel Waterloo.
Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Robertson have returned to Wellington from a visit to Greymouth.
Mrs. S. Richmond, Blenheim, who, has been visiting Wellington, has returned home.
Mrs. Herbert P. Lawry, Palmerston North, will leave for the south on Friday to attend the Purchase-Levvey wedding in Christchurch.
Mrs. J. Walmsley, Wellington, is visiting Auckland and is staying at the Grand Hotel.
Mrs. F. Venn-Brown (Sydney), Mrs. S. A. Madden and Mrs. E. Tutty (Masterton) are among the guests at the Midland Hotel.
Mrs. R. Preeston and Mrs. T. Hudson (Auckland) are among the guests at the Hotel Waterloo.
Mrs. J. C. Nicholson (New Plymouth) is staying at the Midland Hotel.
Guests at the Empire Hotel include Mrs. J. D. Hams (New Plymouth), and Misses S. M. Collinge (Hastings) and Betty Wellwood (Dunedin).
