FARMERS' FERTILISER YEAR
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, August 1. At the annual meeting of the New Zealand Farmers' Fertiliser Company today, the chairman, Mr. A. A. Ross, stated that as only 22 per cent, of the pasture land of the Dominion is topdressed, there is a wide field for expansion of the fertiliser industry.. Referring to the recent strike and the! terms of settlement, he said the question of adjustment in the price of fertilisers was to be the subject of inquiry by the Price Tribunal Commit- 1 tee. In view of. the world situation, the directors had made arrangements I to carry heavier stocks of essential j raw commodities.' j
