POWDER CHOICE FOR WINTER
Winter weather brings with it the problem of red noses and blue faces, comments an overseas writer. You will find that a good powder foundation is a great help. See that you get something soft and bland to hold your powder safely. Spread it on smoothly and evenly and it will not only give your skin a radiant glow but it will also protect it against rain and cold. A powder base should be the natural' colour of the skin, but avoid using anything with too much pink in it. If this does not answer, a green powder will *be a certain remedy. Dust this powder over the face after your makeup has been applied. You will find that the green' effectively combats the pinkness and tones it down considerably.
