WARSAW, July 16.
General Sikorski, in an article in the semi-official Press, says that Germany is expected to make a new effort to create a local war with Poland in the middle of August.
Professor Burckhardt, League Commissioner in Danzig, conferred with the President of the Senate, Hex-r Greiser. The Nazis in the meantime ai*e awaiting the return of their leader. Herr Forster, from Munich. It is believed that he will bring nev/ instructions from Herr. Hitler.
