WRESTLING AT GISBORNE

GISBORNE, July 16.
Clarke and Donovan drew in an unexciting professional wrestling match last night. Donovan took a fall in the fourth after dumping his opponent; and Clarke equalised in the eighth with a submission fall gained with an Indian death lock. The contestants appeared to be unable to get going and disappointed the crowd, a section of which counted them out more than once.
