The "Daily Express" correspondent in Hendaye reports that the Italian Foreign Secretary, Count Ciano, was warmly welcomed in San Sebastian on his trip to present to General Franco Italy's £30,000,000 bill for m^ in the civil war. The Italians want payments to be >iade by a five-year trade agreement mder which Ttaly Avill get Spanish copper and other valuable , war -•nterials.
