PAPAL BLESSINGS BY RADIO
LONDON, July 12
A Papal decree issued in the Vatican City states that his Holiness will broadcast blessings to valid listeners throughout the world.
The Rome correspondent of "The Times" says that the Pope has decreed that plenary indulgence will extend to those receiving his benediction by radio in exactly the same way and under the same conditions as those in his Holiness's presence.-
