"MILLIONS DRIVEN AWAY"
FURTHER CONTROL OF CREDIT
Declaring that the Governments policy Avas driving millions out of the country, the Hon. J. G. Cobbe (National, Manawatu) resumed the Address-in-Repb/ debate in the House of Representatives yesterday afternoon, and charged the Labour Party with having brought discredit upon the country during three years of prosperity. In return, Government speakers suggested further control of credit as a way out of financial difficulties, and argued that industries were being established in the country because of exchange control and import selection.
