Mr. J. S. Williams, a mechanic, 63 Majoribanks Street, was severely burned about the face and thands and suffered from shock, when a fire blew back in a workshop in Courtenay Place today. The Free Ambulance took him to hospital.
E. Johnston and Co., auctioneers, will sell household furnishings at their mart, 8 Willeston Street, on Monday, commencing at 12.30 p.m.
