NEGLECTING THEIR INTERESTS

LONDON, July 6,
The Warsaw correspondent of "The Times" states that the Press in Estonia and Latvia publish inspired articles reproaching England for-neglecting the interests of small States in pursuit of her own.
The Helsingfors correspondent of "The Times" says that the Finnish Press publishes similar but stronger articles declaring that England has no right to prejudice Finnish neutrality, which the Soviet would certainly violate if given a pretext
