!■. The Colombo tea market this week was active with prices remaining much the same as at last week's auction; according to private advices received in Wellington. Smaller supplies are coming to hand and quality continues to show improvement.; ; v , The Calcutta market was also active and a further slight advance in. prices was registered. The London -market was fully flrnq ' (By Telegraph—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, JTuly 5.' Mr. L. M. Wright has received, the following cabled report on the Colombo, tea auction of July 4: At yesterday's sale of 2,250,0001b common grades remained steady at - last week's rates, Medium and fine quality teas were firmer to dearer; Quality showed further improvement. Two million pounds has been catalogued for sale next weels.
