IF TROUBLE COMES
MOBILISATION OF ALL
FORCES
(Received July 1, 10.30 a.m.) PARIS, June 30. The Premier, M. Daladier, has called a meeting of the Council of Ministers for tomorrow to study the international situation, and in particular Danzig and the negotiations for a pact with the Soviet. M. Daladier conferred with the British Ambassador, Sir Eric Phipps. If grave trouble eventuates M. Daladier will mobilise all France's forces and recall Parliament. Meanwhile the German troop movements are being watched closely. : The French Ambassador to Warsaw conferred with M. Daladier. It is believed that he brought the latest ditions ,on which Poland Ms prepared to negotiate. It is reported that tentative discussions between Poland - and Germany have been initiated, but this is not confirmed. The Government has decided to speed up the construction of two t new aircraft carriers and of the two battleships Richelieu and Jean Bart. France has opened her enlistment rolls to foreign residents who are prepared to serve "for the duration of a war." ..'■.. ■;■.'■'..
