There was some improvement in the figures of Prestige (New Zealand), Ltd., which showed a profit of £4258 this year At the annual meeting held in New Zealand, dividends at thp rate of 6 per cent, per annum on both ordinary and preference shares would be recommended. } "Our New Zealand interests art not without their worries," he said, "as the import restrictions of the present Government have made an increase in our activities necessary. - '"This, under the present high building costs and high costs of manufacture in New Zealand, does not give the New Zealand directors the feeling of security they would like, but they are confident that conditions and costs must improve."
