Mr. A. T. Lawson, a graduate of the Otago Dental School, has obtained .the degree of doctor of dental surgery at Northwestern University, Chicago.\ Mr. Lawson previously won the scholarship annually awarded by Northwestern University to a selected post-graduate student in New Zealand.
