£1,000,000 ORDER
BRITISH LOCOMOTIVES FOR
TURKEY
LONDON, May 24
Turkey has ordered 58 British locomotives which are to be among the largest in Europe.
The value of the order is £1,000,000, which is the biggest single order received for years and the first to be placed by Turkey since the war.
