ATTACK BY GERMANS
A SECOND INCIDENT

WARSAW, May 21
Newspapers declared that the men who attacked the Kalthoi Customs house were Germans from East Prussia and not Danzig citizens.
It is emphasised that the Polish Customs officials-gave no cause for a provocative act. The Kalthof police arrested four Polish railwaymen.
A second incident is reported to have occurred at Pieckel, the most southern point of the Danzig territory. Customs officials telephoned advising that, they were barricaded in the Customs house, which uniformed Storm Troopers were attacking, shouting anti-Polish slogans and demanding the blood of the Polish Customs officers.
