STATUS AS PERMANENT MINORITY
PALESTINE PROPOSAL

LONDON, May 13.
The Rev. J. K. Goldbloom, presiding at the annual conference of the Zionist Federation of Great Britain and Ireland, said that the Government's forthcoming White Paper on Palestine proposes to relegate the. Palestine Jews to the status of a permanent minority at the mercy of an Arab majority.
"We solemnly declare as representatives of the Zionist organisation and as loyal British citizens that we will fight this fundamental abrogation of our rights with every legal means at our disposal," he said.
