OALDART.—On May 14, 1939, at the Wellington Hospital, Gina, beloved daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Caldart, of Tennyson Avenue, Taita. Lower Hutt; aged 6 months. R.I.P.
EDHOUSE.—On May 13, 1939, at No. 43 Bolton Street, Petone, Victor Frederick Sidney, beloved husband of Alma Chrissie Edhouse; aged 41 years. Interred at Taita today.
FERGUSON.—On May 13, 1939. at Greytown, accidentally killed, Edith Anne Ferguson, 25 Priests Avenue, Petone; aged 61 years.
HAMMINGTON.—On May 12, 1939, at her residence, Main Road, Taita, Lower Hutt, Letitia, widow of the late William Hammington and mother of Mrs. Marion Millard, of Kaiapoi, Christchurch; aged 85 years.
HAYWOOD.—On May 15, 3939, at her residence, 12 Hawkestone Street, Janey Maria, relict of the late Arthur Edwin Haywood.
MANDL.—On May 12, 1939, at a private hospital, Wellington, Charles Leopold MamU, M.D., Ch.B. (Edinburgh). R.I.P. (Interment at Hokitika on Wednesday.)
PLANK.—On May 14, 1939, at the Wellington Hospital, Archibald William Plank, 10/2736, N.Z.E.F., youngest son of the late Arthur and Grace Plank, Carterton; aged 50 years.
POND. —On May 13, 1939, at - Wellington Hospital, William Arthur (Billy), dearly beloved son of Mr. and Mrs. A. A. Pond, SS Owen Street; aged 7 years. (Cremated today.)
ROBERTSON.—On May 14, 1939, at Wellington, Peter, dearly beloved husband of Muriel Robertson, Rosenberg Street, Upper Hutt. So lovsd, so mourned.
SAUNDERS.—On May 14, 1939, as the- result of an accident, Peter Imlay Frederick Saunders, aged 25, late of 28 Grant Road,, Wellington, and St. John's Hill, Wanganui, son of Imlay Saunders, Wanganui, and the late Mary Elizabeth Saunders.
STILLARD. —On May 13, 1939, at Palmerston North, Thomas Hunter Stillard, only son of the late George Thomas Stillard, and nephew of Mrs. McPherson, 22" Rdngotai Street, Palmerston North, and Mrs. Wh-it-more, 83 Penrose Street, Lower Hutt; aged 23 years. Interred today at Palmerston North.
