FARMER FOUND SHOT
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) ' WANGAI.UI, This Day. With a gun-shot wound in his chest, a Eapanui farmer, David James Phillips, aged 5£ was found dead by his wife in a paddock on his farm yesterday afternoon. The body was lying beside a fence in which the gun was caught. Phillips had farmed in the Rapanui district for the last 20 years. ,
