FOR SOUTH AFRICA
Welterweight boxing champion 01 Auckland University College, H. Willis left on Monday for South Africa, where he has been accepted as a candidate for a* position in the South African Police. Willis received his secondary education at King's College, taking a prominent part in boxing there. He won the Auckland University lightweight title last season, and twice he has been given the award for the most scientific boxer at the college. At.the New Zealand University tournament at Dunedin this year he was runner-up to G. P. I^cFadgen in the welterweight division.
