RICCARTON YOUNGSTERS
P. V. Mason has five young horses, all by Nightmarch, under his care at Riccarton, and they should make a good team for next season. Stylist, a two-year-old from Pride, has shown promise in her work and shaped fairly well in a hard race at Easter. A two-year-old from Niazone, by Bisogne from Niapoto, by Maniapoto, is a well-grown-gelding. Mr. Mason's own two-year-old from Azalea may turn out just as well as his brother, Haerepo, a good winner here and in Australia. A couple of yearlings have been broken in, but they will not be gone on with for some time yet.
