The elections of officers of the New Zealand Educational Institute for 1939-40, held today, resulted:—President, Mr. D. C. Pryor (Martinborough); vice-president, Mr. D. Forsyth (Port Chalmers); executive, Misses V. Curtis (New Plymouth), W. M. Mansfield (Auckland), F. J. Taylor (Auckland), Messrs. R. McGlashen (Napier), F. R. Price (Timaru); Wellington resident members of the executive, Misses J. W. Combs, M. E. Magill, Messrs. W. H. Burgess, W. Martin, and J. S. H Rob ertson; treasurer, Mr. J. Barnett (We lington).
