LEYLAND-O'BRIEN CAPITAL.
Approval of the proposal to reduce the capital of thte Leyland-O'Brien Timber Company, Ltd., by £30,000 by returning 5s a share was. given by shareholders at an extraordinary meeting on Wednesday. The articles of the company also were altered to give it power to reduce the capital by special resolution.
