The Foreign Minister, M. Bonnet, told the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Chamber of Deputies that the discussions between Britain, France, and the Soviet are proceeding very satisfactorily.
It has been reported that the Soviet Ambassador, M. Souritz, is being re called to Moscow to report.
