"ELECTRIC RAY GUN"

RUSSIAN SHOOTING PRACTICE

INVENTION

(Independent Cable Service.) (Received April 20, 9 a.m.)

MOSCOW, April 19.

Soviet research workers here perfected an "electric ray gun" which is claimed to result in enormous economies in bullets and powder in the training of the Red Army.
