Sir, —Will you permit me to express my appreciation of the kindness and courtesy of the tram conductors. While on a visit to Wellington lately I had to use the trams daily and as we journeyed I was not very sure of the locality and where to get out. I would tell the conductor where I wanted to go and no matter how full the tram was he always saw that I got out at the proper place, and being an old lady, would help me off the steps.—l am, etc., GRANDMA.
