PAYMENT FOR CHEESE
Described by Mr. T. C. Brash, secretary of the Dairy Board, as "an old bone of contention which has been argued over for years," the question of payment for overweight cheese was discussed.by the New Zealand Dairy Board conference today, and a remit from the Stratford ward conference, "That when making payment for cheese under the guaranteed price system the Government should pay on graders weights whether less or more than the marked weight," was adopted.
