TASMAN AIR SERVICE
FLYING-BOATS READY

AUCKLAND, This Day,
The flying-boats for the transTasman service are ready in England, but the inauguration of the service depended on the ground organisation in Auckland, stated Mr. L. E. Turnill, engineer in charge of Tasman Empire Airways, Ltd., who is stationed at Auckland. The administrative block and workshops on which work was approaching completion would compare with any other such facilities in the world, both in regard to equipment and design, he said.
