SOVIET TROOPS THROUGH
RUMANIA
BUCHAREST, April 18,
It is officially denied that Rumania has agreed to the passage of Soviet troops through her territory, but Rumanian troops stationed on the Soviet frontier have been sent to other districts.
German propaganda in Bessarabia is very active. Germans walked in procession to Tarutino today and tore down the Rumanian flag over the town hall.
