PETONE COURT
Offences against the traffic regulations were dealt with in the Petone Court today before Mr, A. M. Goulding, S.M.
Fines of £2 and costs for exceeding 30 miles an hour in restricted - areas were imposed on Clarence Looner, Athol Wood, and Laurie Davies. Allan Doyle was fined 30s and costs for a similar offence.
For crossing a railway line when it was not clear, Charles Walter Mexted was fined £1 and costs.
Richard John Smith was fined 10s and costs for having no warrant of fitness, £ 1 and costs for having no licence, and £l*and costs for failing to give way to traffic approaching on the right. , • -
