TALKS WITH RUSSIA

The British United Press says authoritatively that preliminary to bringing the Soviet into the anti-ag-gression pact France and Britain are seeking agreement by Poland and IRumani to accept assistance by the Soviet air force in the event of agIgression. Conversations on this subject and on general Soviet military collaboration are progressing satisfactorily.
