The scrapping of the barque *Raupo, at present laid up at Lyttelton, has been held up owing to the embargo on the export of scrap metal. The Raupo was originally known as the Peru, and later as the Louisa Crtiig. Duririgthe war she made very high freights in the trans- ■■'"-■- Pacific trade.
