The High Commissioner for the United Kingdom and Lady Batterbee1 on Friday afternoon entertained the. New Zealand, Australian, and Unitedj Kingdom delegates to the defence conference and others associated with thej conference. About a' hundred guests, were present. The Attorney-General (the Hon. H.
