MAGNA CARTA AT WORLD FAIR

LONDON, April 9,
Extraordinary precautions are being taken to safeguard Magna Carta, which is to be the central feature of the Hall of Democracy in the British pavilion at the New York Fair. It is being transported secretly on an unnamed date.
Although priceless, it is valued for insurance purposes at £100,000. It is being exhibited inside a special frame behind armour-plate glass.
