"ADDS TO HORRORS"
DENUNCIATION BY PUPPET GOVERNMENTS

NANKING, March 30,
A joint commission representing the Peking and Nanking puppet Governments issued a statement denouncing the giving of financial assistance to General Chiang Kai-shek by Britain and other countries. "Such assistance." says the statement, "serves only to disturb the peace in the Far East, and add to the horrors of the Chinese masses.. If it continues both Governments will be compelled to abandon their efforts to maintain friendly relations with the foreign Powers concerned or respect their rights and interests in China, All loans and other agreements between General Chiang Kai-shek and third Powers will be considered null and void."
