TROTTING TROPHIES
Since the Manawatu Trotting Club's programme was issued two valuable trophies have been presented to the club for its annual meeting on April 15 and 19. Mr. W. Mouldey, the president of the club, is donating an old English pewter tea set and tray of five pieces, which will go to the owner of the winner of the Manawatu Trotting Cup on the'first day., Mr. A.,Macdonald, a vice-president of the club, is donating a crystal set to go to the winning owner of the George Luoni Memorial Handicap on the second day.
