CONSUMPTION OF WATER
OVER 2,000,000 GALLONS
MINOR OUTBREAKS OCCUR
The City Engineer stated today that he estimated the amount of water used so far in quelling the fire at considerably over 2,000,000 gallons.
Several minor outbreaks of fire have occurred on the site of Victoria House since Tuesday night, and parties of firemen have been in constant attendance. The latest outbreak occurred about 11.15 a.m. today, but it was quickly suppressed.
