LITHUANIAN INDEPENDENCE
COLLABORATION WITH BALKAN STATES

KAUNAS, March 29,
The Prime Minister, General Cernius, said that Lithuania will defend her independence in the event o£ aggression.
The new Government, he said, intended to collaborate closely with the Balkan States. Internal reforms affecting the political regime were to be expected, but the rights of minorities would be respected.
