NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the; provisions of "The Local 1 Bodies' Loans Act, 192(5,", and the Regulations thereunder, the Special Roll of the No. 44 Special Rating District of Day's Bay portion of the Wainui-o-mata Riding affected by the proposed Loan of £5000 for Advances to Ratepayers in connection with .
