MOUNT LYELL REPORT.
Mount Lyell reports for the fortnight ended March 15: —Mines* tons extracted: North Lyell, 2202; Crown Lyell, 2061; West Lyell, 32,745; Lyell Comstock, 3454. Reduction works: Furnace in blast full period, 4876 tons refinery anodes made for current year. Concentrator: Mill operated 336 hours and treated 41,623 tons ore, producing 2062 tons concentrates. Copper refinery: Tankhouse in operation full period, 522 tons cathode copper produced. Total for current year, 5372 tons.
