Buckley and Nunn, Ltd., the wellknown retail softgoods house, in a circular to shareholders, declare that owing to steady expansion of the business, the directors are of opinion the time has arrived when it is desirable, in the interests of the company, that power should be given to the directors to appoint local or associate directors for the purpose of managing or assisting in the management of the affairs of the company in particular localities, whether in Australia or abroad.
